REFUND POLICY

Our goal is to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase and look your best. However, in the unfortunate event we do not meet your expectations, we are happy to accept the item back from you for a full refund or exchange to a different size. For every return or exchange, you will be asked to answer a quick survey to assist us in determining your return reason. Please carefully review our return policies outlined below to assist you with the process. Returns

You have exactly 14 days from your original purchase date to be eligible for full refund or exchange on any purchase. The item needs to be unused or unworn and in the exact same condition you received it. We will not accept under any circumstance returns that are devoid of the label, tags or original package with which it was shipped to you. if we determine that the item has been used, worn or damaged, you will not qualify for a refund. We do not offer partial refunds, so we ask that you follow our policy in order to be eligible. As we are unable to inspect the returned item with you, our decision will be at the sole discretion of our return department and will be final.

If it is determined that the item does not qualify for return, we will ship it back to you at your request and expense. For items that qualify for return, please allow 7-10 business days to receive a full refund to your account, which will be the exact same method of payment. You will be notified by email when we receive the item and the outcome of your return request.

Discounted items, sales Items, or items purchased by redeeming member points are not eligible for return; this also includes items partially paid for with points. For example, if you bought an item that cost $50 and you paid $45 with your card and used accrued member points to cover the balance $5, this automatically disqualifies the item for return.

Steps To Return

  1. Log in to your member account
  2. Go to “My orders” and select the item you wish to return, click return and follow the instructions
  3. You will be asked to fill out a short survey on why you are returning product
  4. Next you will be directed to pay for a return shipping label, please print this label out and affix it to your package. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs.
  5. Please include packaging slip with return package if you still have it
  6. Once we receive the product, you will receive an email and we will notify you of our decision on your refund status

Exchanges

In the event your Platinum Athletic product does not fit, we are happy to exchange it to your size at no cost. However, we do not credit your account under any circumstances to allow purchase of another item. This means funds are not transferrable from one purchased item to another. For same product returns, you will follow the steps of return as detailed in the return section; if it meets our return policy, we will then send you a new size of the same product and we will cover the shipping cost. However, if you choose to buy another product that has a different cost, you will need to pay for that item at check out and wait for a full refund of the returned item. Please use the same steps under returns, but under “my orders”, click on exchange and follow subsequent instructions.

Final Sale Items

If the item is marked “final sale”, it does not qualify for a return and cannot be refunded.

Insurance

If you’re shipping an item over $100, consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item.
